  EUP7221 ds7221 ver1.0 may 2010 1 triple, low-noise, high-psrr, 150ma ldo without bypass capacitor description the EUP7221 is a high accuracy, low noise, high psrr, triple cmos low-dropout voltage regulator. performance features include low output noise, high ripple rejection ratio, low dropout and very fast turn-on times. the EUP7221 is also fully compatible with low esr ceramic capacitors, reducing cost and improving output stability. this high level of output stability is maintained even during frequent load fluctuations, due to the excellent transient response performance and high psrr achieved across a broad range of frequencies. the en function allows the output of channel2/1 regulator to be turned off, resulting in greatly reduced power consumption. the EUP7221 is available in sot23-6 package. features z up to 150ma output current (each ldo) z 30v rms low noise output z 60db psrr at 1khz without bypass capacitor z low 70ua ground current triple-ldo z 190mv dropout at 150ma z one shutdown pin control channel 2/1 output channel 1 starts after channel 2 reaches 90% of final voltage z current limiting and thermal protection z short circuit protection z available in sot23-6 package z rohs compliant and 100% lead(pb)-free halogen-free applications z cellular phones z camera, video recorders z pdas and gps z hand-held equipment typical application circuit figure1.
